WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free USPS Ground shipping on orders over $80 - excluding sale items; and for customers who are premium subscribers or savings club members.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: the month, week, or day selected in your account preferences.

Should you wish to make item substitutions, we kindly request that you notify us at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled shipment date. This timeframe allows us to make the necessary adjustments, ensuring that your order aligns seamlessly with your preferences. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free USPS Ground shipping is not valid on international orders.

- While we are a US-based company, we do ship internationally all over the world. Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Recipients are responsible for paying any import duties, customs, additional taxes, or fees, as they are not included in the price at checkout. We have no control over when these fees are charged, or how much these fees will cost (it varies by country, city, and package), and we are not able to pay them ahead of time or take care of them on our end.

Regrettably, we are unable to fulfill orders for delivery to P.O. boxes. In our commitment to ensuring the secure and timely delivery of your items, we require a physical address to facilitate the shipping process. P.O. boxes present logistical challenges that may impede the efficiency and reliability of our delivery services.
The availability of shipping methods may vary based on the specific characteristics and nature of the items in your order. It's important to note that certain items may require specialized handling, packaging, or transportation considerations, influencing the selection of appropriate shipping methods.
Our shipping operations are conducted exclusively on business days, which encompass Monday through Friday. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses involves a unique and essential process that requires additional time for processing after the package has been delivered to the military post office. Once your package reaches the designated military post office, it undergoes a series of security checks and logistical steps to facilitate its onward journey to the intended APO/FPO address.
